Good Morning/Afternoon Lovely Members of the American Legion Auxiliary,
My name is Shelbilyn LeBlanc. I hope you are having an amazing Fall season. I know some of you may not know, but i was recently name the Dept. Junior Chairman and would like to introduce myself. I grew up in the Auxiliary and the Juniors. As I held offices such as ; Past Jr. Dept President and Past Jr. National Southern Division Vice President.
As I am now a military spouse and a mother of 2 boys, this orgination is seen in a new light for me. I want to get the younger generation excited about what we do and do more for them in my term.
As we go into these next few months, there is a lot going on!
National Junior Meetings are coming up! Southern Division meetings are held in Nashville, TN on November 16th. I know they are planning on some amazing things.
With the holidays coming up, I also know a lot of food drives will be going on and want to make sure everything that the juniors are doing is being documented.
The Link below is the Junior Journal from National with some crafts and information about the patch program. I will be reaching out with more information as the time goes.
I also have some amazing plans for midwinter for the Juniors! Lets get those Juniors involved!
